Welcome to the home of Team USA. This site is dedicated to promoting and providing information about the team of pilots that will represent the USA in the 2009 RC Helicopter World Championships to be held in Muncie, Indiana on August 2 thru 10.

During the competition, this site will provide information about how the team is performing. Until then, this site is dedicated to raising the funds which will allow our pilots, mechanics, and team manager to get to/from and participate in the competition. It will also highlight all of our great sponsors who provide excellent products to the hobby. You too can support our team with your donations. Use the link below to make a donation!

2009 Team Members

These pilots represent the best pilots from the USA. They were the top three finishers at the 2008 US National Championships. They have all practiced for uncountable hours and sacrificed much to achieve their goal of being some of the best pilots in the world.

Team USA is therefore honored to present the 2009 RC Helicopter World Championship Team!.


	Curtis Youngblood Curtis Youngblood has won the World Championships 3 times and the US Nationals 18 times.	Dwight Shilling Dwight Shilling has been flying R/C helicopters since 1983. His first contest was the US Nationals, 1990.

	Wayne Mann Wayne Mann has been involved in helicopters at a high level for many years.	Mike Goza (Team Mgr) Mike Goza has been flying RC helicopters and aircraft for over 35 years.

	Nob Muraki Nob started flying helicopters in 1988. He started competition flying in 1989.	Dave Youngblood Dave Youngblood is the father and mechanic of Curtis Youngblood.
